The Marvel Cinematic Universe's Spider-Man 3 is expected to wrap principal photography in February 2021. Originally, the film was supposed to commence production this month ahead of a planned summer 2021 premiere. However, Spider-Man 3 was one of the many projects affected by the coronavirus pandemic and Sony was forced to alter the timeline. Now, Spider-Man 3 is slated to come out in November 2021, and the hope is it will be able to begin shooting in the fall. That window hasn't been officially confirmed, but that will be the plan barring any setbacks.
Another reason why Spider-Man 3 was pushed back several months is Tom Holland's commitment to starring in the Uncharted movie, which is finally gearing up to start production now after numerous delays. Both Uncharted and Spider-Man 3 are set to come out next year, meaning Holland is going to have a very busy second half of 2020. Now, he's opened up about what the plan is for him to tackle the two tentpoles in quick succession.
On a video posted on Dominic Holland's (Tom's father) Patreon account (hat tip Reddit user _lliisa_), Holland discussed his upcoming movies and their schedules.

It sounds like he'll be hopping straight from Uncharted to Spider-Man 3and staying in the MCU until early next year:

"Finish Uncharted, finish Spider-Man in February next year. Two press tours, maybe together, which should take six weeks worth of work."

If Spider-Man 3 is able to stick to that schedule, it will wrap with about nine months remaining until its debut. That would give the filmmakers plenty of time to handle various post-production responsibilities, such as visual effects work and the standard reshoots. Of course, it remains to be seen how things develop over the next several months, and there's no guarantee Spider-Man 3 will proceed as planned. Movie productions are only just starting to resume amidst the pandemic, and there's always a chance productions will have to be shut down again. Fortunately, Jurassic World: Dominion hasn't encountered any problems (despite debunked reports to the contrary), so perhaps that tentpole can lay the foundation for others to follow. If Sony has a good set of health and safety procedures in place, they might be able to complete Uncharted and Spider-Man 3 on time.

Considering Spider-Man 3 follows this plan, there's even a possibility director Jon Watts and his team will have more time to work on the final cut. It's becoming plausible movie theaters will stay closed until mid-2021, meaning next year's release calendar could be thrown into a state of flux. Sony has multiple movies, including Morbius and Ghostbusters: Afterlife, that could be impacted should there be more release date delays. Conceivably, Spider-Man 3 could get pushed into 2022, but that will depend on when theaters are up and running at (mostly) full capacity. Right now, it's much too early to predict anything with any degree of certainty, so it'll be interesting to see what happens.
